1. No Refunds: Payments are final. Refunds will only be issued if the server is not deployed within the guaranteed 24-hour period.

3. Prohibited Content: Servers may not be used for illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright violations, hacking, or abusive behavior.
4. Backups: We provide automatic backups, but users are encouraged to maintain their own backups to prevent data loss.
5. Support Policy: We provide support for hosting-related issues. Assistance with mods, plugins, or gameplay-related problems is not covered.
6. Service Uptime: We aim for 99% uptime but may perform occasional maintenance.
7. Payment Handling: All invoices will be sent via Invoice Ninja, and payments are processed through PayPal.
8. Account Responsibility: The account owner is responsible for the content and actions of all users on their server.
